Christmas 2010

Christmas 2010 was very eventful in our household. We had several places to visit and it was a little different this year....we had a tiny baby to tote around with us. Sadie did well, overall, however, I think that she got overstimulated quite a bit. There were more people around than she was used to, as well as a lot more noise than she has probably ever heard. She was pretty fussy in the evenings and I think it was because she was just so exhausted from everything...not to mention her routine was completely thrown off schedule.  The speech therapist warned us that all the noise might bother her, and I think she was correct.  It was a great listening experience for her, though, and I am happy that she had hearing aids that fit (and worked!) for her first big Christmas.
