Valentine's Day

I told Troy not to bother buying me flowers this year (although he still did!), but he should get some for Sadie.  I captured it on video. My two favorite people in the whole world. Love them!

    1. Thank you! How do you like the Phonak Nios? Why did your daughter change aids?

  2. First the same reason as your daughter. She has now have a hearing loss of 50db.

Secondly because I know Julie (name of my daughter) has to have fm when she
goes in September to kindergarten. And I think only phonak has fm. I wanted that
her hearing aids and fm where the same brand. (No she has for fm roger inspiro
phonak). Does your daughter use fm

Last reason my daughter goes to a place where there are children with hearing loss. The older children are saying they prefer phonak the most.

I like them very much. Phonak give also a good service.

    1. That makes perfect sense why you switched to the Phonak aids. If the Widex Baby's didn't work for Sadie, Phonak was going to be my next choice!
Sadie does not use FM yet, but her new aids have the ability, so once she goes to school we will make sure she gets them.

Thank you for the compliments on Sadie, your daughter is adorable as well (your little pic attached to your name on the comment) :)

Here you can see her aids.

I think the most important thing is that they feel comfortable with their aids.

Does your daughter follow speech therapy? Because she speaks very well!!!
Julie goes to speech therapy 2 times a week.

Does your daughter like her widex?

    Best regards

    1. Hi Isabelle,
Sadie did speech therapy once a week until she was 3 years old. Now we do therapy twice a month. If she starts to digress, we will start doing it weekly, but so far she is speaking very well. Sadie also loves her Widex aids. She didn't like the new ones at first because the ear mold was so different than the Widex Baby's, but she is doing great with them now!
How is Julie's speech coming along?
