Trucking Along

Things are going pretty good for Miss Rose.  We met with the Physical Therapist last week and she has made great strides in the two weeks we have been doing therapy with her.  Her torticollis has improved and she is rolling over more and sitting up much better.  The therapist was very pleased with her progress.  We are going for therapy again this week to see if she continues to improve.

As far as her hearing, the aids seem to be doing well. She is still responding (most of the time) to sounds and the feedback is minimal.  And they are staying in her ears quite well.  Overall, I am very pleased with the new Widex Baby 440's!  We have another booth sound test next week, so I am hoping that Sadie excels and we find out that her hearing is stable (ie-matching the ABR testing from when she was a newborn).

Now, if only we could get Sadie on a better nighttime schedule.  As soon as she does well and I think she is on a positive path, something changes and it gets all thrown off.  Now she is getting up a couple of times a night, sometimes to eat, sometimes just for her pacifier.  But.....at least she isn't getting up every hour like she was 2 weeks ago....knock on wood :)

Here are a few new pictures of my baby girl...who just turned 7 months....my how time flies!!!!
